Terms of Service

Bounce Puzzle is free to download and free to play, on any device you own or control, for your own entertainment. It is not licensed for commercial use, and that permission can be withdrawn if these terms are broken.

• Copy, sell, rent, or redistribute the app or anything inside it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where the law says that right cannot be taken away.
• Alter saved game data, or use a modified build, to place scores on Game Center leaderboards.
• Use the app in any way that breaks the law.

The Bounce Puzzle name, its level designs, artwork, audio, and source code belong to Yuecheng Wu and are protected by copyright. These terms let you play the game. They do not hand over ownership of anything in it.

Bounce Puzzle shows occasional full-screen ads, and optional ads you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. A rewarded ad is never required to finish a level.

Ads come from Google AdMob. What any individual ad shows is decided by Google and its advertisers rather than by Bounce Puzzle. What data is involved is described in the Privacy Policy.

Bonus Stars, ball and trail skins, level progress, and Hardcore scores are parts of the game rather than property. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or for anything outside the game, and cannot be bought with real money. Bounce Puzzle contains no in-app purchases.

Progress is saved on your device and not on a server. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or clearing the app's storage erases it permanently, and there is no way to restore it. Game Center keeps achievements and leaderboard entries separately, under Apple's own terms.

Levels, items, and features may change, be rebalanced, or be removed in any update.

The app works alongside services run by other companies:

• Apple and the App Store, which distribute the app
• Apple Game Center, which handles achievements and leaderboards
• Google AdMob, which serves ads
• Google Firebase Analytics, which reports anonymous gameplay statistics

Each of those is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and none of them is under Bounce Puzzle's control.

Bounce Puzzle also has accounts on social platforms, including TikTok and Instagram. What happens on those platforms is subject to that platform's terms. These terms cover the app and this website only.

Bounce Puzzle is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may have bugs, it may not run on every device, and it may be unavailable at times. Bounce Puzzle is made by one person, so support is by email and an answer may take a while.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yuecheng Wu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bounce Puzzle or your inability to use it, including lost game progress. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Bounce Puzzle is rated 4+ on the App Store and is played by people of all ages. If you are younger than the age at which you can agree to terms where you live, a parent or guardian accepts these on your behalf. What the app collects from any player is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Bounce Puzzle at any time by deleting the app. Yuecheng Wu may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, and may stop running the game entirely.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

These terms will be updated when the app or the website changes. The effective date at the top will change with it, and the current version is always the one published here.
